ORDERS

$15.00 minimun is required for all orders (minimum does not include shipping costs)

 

PRICES

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and include local taxes.  You will be charged in Canadian Dollars.

PAYMENT REQUIRMENTS

Payment is required when placing your order. 

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. 

 

We also accept COD (Canada only) which is subject to a $7.40 surcharge.  Any unclaimed COD orders are subject to the shipping charges (which include return shipping costs) and will receive an invoice via email which is due on receipt.  

 

Another option is via Email Money Transfer (Canada Only).  Once this option is selected and your order has been received.  We will calculate the shipping cost for your order and send you an updated order confirmation which will include the shipping cost and full instructions as to how to send your payment.  Once you send your payment, your order will be shipped.  Payments can be sent to sales@canadiancraftsupplies.com attention Shannon.  When you send an email money transfer, you may be required to send a qualifing question to the recipient, we ask that you do the following:

US and International customers

Currently the only option of payment we offer our international customers is via credit card.  You also may be subject to taxes and or duities from your government which we are not liable for.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  We will promptly have your order in the mail, but will notify you if there are any delays in processing it.  Delivery times will vary according to destination. 

 

Shipping charges are based on the weight and parcel size.  Once we have packed your order, the cost of shipping is calculated offline and will be added to the total of your order.  We will email you a revised order confirmation, which will include your shipping costs, an estimated time of arrival and the tracking number (if applicable).

 

If you require a quote on shipping please feel free to email us your reques to sales@canadiancraftsupplies.com and we will try to respond to you as quick as possible.  We will require to know the product(s) you wish to order, the quanity and also the shipping address.

 

RETURNS

All parcels are packed with the utmost care to avoid damage to the product.  If for any reason you wish to return your parchase, you may do so up to 5 days of receipt, please contact us via email to notify us of the return.  All products must be in the condition you received them with the orginal invoice and packaged in its original packaging.

You must return all goods prepaid via your mail service, we do not accept COD charges.  These goods will be replaced, or a full credit will be given to you in the manner you paid in.  For damaged goods or errors on our part the cost of shipping will also be refunded.

 

SECURITY

All information sent to us through our secure check out section is on industry standard SSL 128 bit encryption both domestic and international.  It is treated by us with the utmost repect and secrecy and destroyed according to the credit company rules at the end of their usefulness.

 

PRIVACY

The privacy of our customers is very important to us.  All emails will remain confidential and your address will remain private and will never be sold.
